Our Streaky and back bacon is dry-cured and available smoked or unsmoked. Our sausages are NOT PROCESSED OR MASS PRODUCED! They are home made by our butchers on our premises using free-range pork. We made a wide variety of flavours from our best-selling Traditional to our popular Cumberland. But we are not scared to test the boundaries – our Chilli & Garlic and Welsh Dragon is definitely worth a try!
