Dry Aged Beef

Our Himalayan Salt Fridge enables us to specialise in dry-aged beef. This dry-aging process involves hanging the meat in a humidity-controlled fridge surrounded by Himalayan Salt blocks. This environment causes the natural enzymes in the meat to break down and tenderise the meat resulting in a superb steak or Sunday Roast.

Our shop -est 1924 - will sadly cease trading on Easter Saturday 8th April.

Therefore this website is no longer active, and online orders cannot be placed from Saturday 1st April.
